I founded the Horizon Collective (formerly The Sister Sister Global Network) in 2016 with a small group of women to expand access to leadership development for women.
We have come a long way since our days as the Sister Sister Network, and we are excited about all that the future holds for the Horizon Collective.
Like many women, I juggle multiple roles as a dual-career wife and mother. In addition to leading the Horizon Collective, I am an entrepreneur - lead associate at Inclusivitii, a full-service Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion consultancy based in Oxford, England.
Living in Oxford with my family, I enjoy singing, gardening, and taking walks with my kids.
