Founded in 2016 by Aduke Onafowokan as The Sister Sister Network, we have grown into Horizon Collective: a community that shows up in different places, bringing the same spirit of inspiration, support and encouragement wherever we go.

A welcome from our founder
In 2016 I started The Sister Sister Network with a simple belief: when women come together, share honestly and back one another, remarkable things happen. Since then, thousands of women have joined us at Leadership Circles, Arise Summits and online gatherings across the UK.
Horizon Collective is the next chapter of that story. Our new name reflects what we have always been about: helping women see that there is always more ahead, and that they never have to get there alone.

Our founder
Aduke founded Horizon Collective to make sure no woman has to navigate her ambitions alone. She is a Henley-trained executive coach and a two-time TEDx speaker on inclusive leadership.
Through Horizon Collective she has worked with thousands of women across the UK on leadership and personal development.
